Talos Holdings breaks ground on The ONE at Mountain Vista in Mesa

Multifamily-centered real estate development firm, Talos Holdings, breaks ground on The ONE at Mountain Vista, a new multifamily luxury rental community in East Mesa. John Giles, Mayor of Mesa, and other key partners of the community were in attendance.
An individualized living experience, The ONE at Mountain Vista (The ONE) will offer residents a unique alternative to traditional apartment-style living. Licensed life coaches will be living onsite to assist residents in developing their personal life goals by providing support throughout each step of their health and wellness journey. Through this personalized approach, this community focuses on the needs of each resident and their one-of-a-kind lifestyle.

Located at 10635 E. Hampton, The ONE is conveniently off the I-60 freeway with access to some of the best fitness programing, hiking trails and dining options in town. The ONE at Mountain Vista was designed by Biltform Architecture and is being constructed by EMJ Construction. The project is expected to be completed by Fall 2024. Upon completion, The ONE will be managed by Mark-Taylor Residential.
